ULRICEHAMN 2025-09-23

Götessons Design Group has acquired Brigo AB, a long-standing supplier and trusted partner to the Group. Building on a strong and long-standing relationship, the deal represents a natural next step in the development of both companies.

For many years, Brigo has been an important partner to Götessons Design Group, providing high-quality and reliable solutions. The acquisition opens up new opportunities for closer collaboration and an even greater focus on customer value.

“We are delighted to welcome Brigo into the GDG family. Having worked together for many years, we see clear advantages in combining our strengths within the same Group. This enhances our competitiveness and creates value for both customers and employees,” says Emil Johansson, CEO of Götessons Design Group

For Brigo, the transaction offers an opportunity to further develop its business while benefiting from Götessons Design Group’s strong market presence.

“It feels both natural and rewarding to take this step together with Götessons, a company we know shares our core values: putting people first and striving to create healthy and inspiring environments. We have built a strong relationship over many years and now look forward to deepening it and continuing to grow together,” says Thomas Ingvast, Managing Director of Brigo Sweden.

The acquisition is part of Götessons Design Group’s long-term strategy to strengthen its offering and market position. Both companies will continue to operate as independent entities, while working more closely together with shared goals and strategies.
